Design ConceptsThe Flight Pavillion embraces a futuristic architectural design, aiming to mimic the elegance and grace of flight. The structure features a sleek and airy framework that is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound, making it suitable for modern urban environments.The pavilion was created entirely with parametric formulas using grasshopper which were written by the, Architect Dylan Groshek. This pavillion is meant to stand as a symbol of power and hope on the shores of Lake Michigan. The curve of the wings match the contour of the horizon when the sun is setting over the lake.UsesThis pavilion can serve as a community gathering place, an event venue, or a conceptual showcase on the shores of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee. It invites interaction and provides an inspiring space for community events or architectural installations.Printing SuggestionsWhen printing this model, use a strong ABS or PLA material to ensure durability and stability.
