WIP - haven't finished uploading all the files yet, will update with more details eventually.
Printing:
Most parts print flat with no supports, 30% infill, PLA. Printed the gears with .12mm layer height, everything else with .2 mm. Used some Nyogel 767A grease to keep the motion of the gears smooth.
