It has to use with the Adapter 4.5" (For my case It will be used with 4.5" -> 2" adaptor).
You can scale it up or down with your condition ^^.
** For my success print:
Nozzle = 0.4 mm
Filament = ABS
Print Speed = 80 mm/s
Heat Nozzel = 210 degree
Heat Bed = 80 degree
Printing Duration: 8 hours 15 mins.
***Tips : You may need to add a Foam sticker to help the floating stability ***
