This is a floating wind turbine barge. It is designed to host the NREL-5MW model.
To build the barge, print the piece in 4 copies and assemble them using the 2mm pin. I recommend using strong settings for printing the pin.
To put the wind turbine on the barge, use the 11mm pin.
