Add the Flow Calibration Square to your Slicer and mutliply how often you like.
In Cura you can choose different settings for each Square.
Can be used for other Calibration too ( Temp, Speed,..)
Fast calibration check with less filament.
I started with 90% in 5% steps to 115%
Layer height 0.2
Brim enabled
If you are familiar with support blocker in cura, you can make custom squares (support blocker) just like my stl.
And edit the properties of them.
