******************************************UPDATED Feb 2026: I've designed an alternative spool base with a friction-fit connector to the spool posts! There are two post versions, each with two tolerances. A tester base is included in the friction-fit spool profile for you to test which post will best fit your needs.Slot Post: Includes a cutout in the middle of the post to insert the end of your zipper tape, binding, webbing, etc. so you don't have to use tape to secure the starting end. Solid Post: Just a post, no cutout in the middle** Multiple post sizes are included, or you can adjust the Z value in Bambu Studio to make the post (just about) any size! Do not shrink the post below 31mm, as the two base ends are 15mm each. Tolerances:Tight Post (.01 offset): The offset on these posts is just enough to put the spool together, but you're probably going to break the base before you are able to pull them apart again….Less Tight Post (.05 offset): Loose enough that you can pull
