COOKIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
