FLSun Kossel Underslung V6 Effector

This is an underlsung delta effector meant to fit the FLSun Kossel and an E3D V6 hotend.

It uses a 40X10mm fan for the front (I got this one from Digikey https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/cui-inc/CFM-4010V-185-314/102-4362-ND/7620536) and two 30X10mm fans for the side (I had two sitting around to use, the V6's original fan will also work). All screws are M3X12, M3X18, or M3X20.

I printed in PETG for extra durability and more resistance to high temperatures. Supports are required for the effector_base part.

I ran a test today with the 40mm fan for the first time and brought the hotend up to 240C for 10 minutes. The bottom of the heatsink was still cool to the touch, so I think that fan is powerful enough.

As of 4/17/2019, it is still a work in progress.

The design is mostly complete, except for the part cooling fans. I still haven't found quite the right spot to place them that will blow on the part while staying out of the way of the arms, the heatblock, and the
