Flsun QQ-S Effector mount

I made this mount for the E3D V6 hotend,(The supplied one will fit but has not been tried) as the current mount is not very good the mount plate bends and is not very stable, also the air flow is poor and affects the print.

This will use the 30x30 fan that comes with the E3D hotend. as this is all you need if the air flow is right, I have tested and have seen improved prints. as the 40x40 fan was causing an air flow disturbances and affecting the parts cooling air flow.

All the holes are under sized so you can either tap them or screw in to them but be careful as you will strip them. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM!

You will also need to adjust your z offset after fitting as the height is different to the original. Full bed level would be recommended.

I am working on a fan duct to go with this setup but i think the original ones will still work but have not tried them.
