Flush cutter cap

Have you ever gotten stabbed by flush cutters as you grabbed them, or when you were rummaging around in your tool storage? This fixes that! Simply squeeze the cutters, slide the cap on, and release the tension. The cap will lock to the cutters and won't fall off. (model changed slightly from the pic, I added chamfers)
