Please do not install a holder yourself. Contact us and let us solve this problem for you. A holder may improve some of the cases. However, according to several RMA cases we solved before, our engineering team found a poorly placed holder might put external side force on the connector and cause a short circuit, which may further burn the PCB inside the top cap.

也在此呼籲，若有因接觸不良而發生偵錯的頻繁情形，請直接回報讓我們原廠做處理，而不要安裝固定器。因為，固定器雖可能改善部分的使用狀況，但是在之前幾次的檢修個案中，工程團隊也發現固定器的安裝位置若不好，會對接頭施與側向壓力，反而扭曲接點造成短路，甚至進一步使上方電路板燒毀。
