Fly strip retainer

This is a FLY strip retainer, designed to keep a fly strip from swinging around. I also put it up as a test because the last thing I posted didn't show up in my designs list, but I was able to put it on my favorites. I may delete it and repost it or something. I'm not very internet "savvy".
