My design for an in body micro servo based tricopter.
Designed with 3D printing in mind so all is to scale and fairly accurate.
Some of the features include a guided snap fit rotation device that mounts directly to a rounded servo horn. When placing the tail mechanism into the model, it allows the user to slightly asjust for best rotation YAW performance. There is also support on the tail arm. Also, support is added with the elongated body towards the back and a short arm on back. This should reduce vertical play when flying and less torgue on the servo.
Some other features included are rotating left and right arms for storage, battery strap slits that also hold the bottom cover plate, extra large bay that can hold 3 12A esc's as well as small vtx.
Totice the pre made hole for the antenna up through the body. This will require an angled connector.
The front end of the frame allows for a 600tvl CCD camera with holes for wiring back to the vtx.
As well, holes are drilled i
