A scaled up and sectioned version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:831868.
After being on a tall ship that had a "Hippie Horn" sitting by the ship's wheel, I thought it could be 3D-printable. I found dougfieg's "One Piece Deafening Horn" and scaled it up to match the one I saw on the ship. To get it to print on my early Printrbot Simple's limited Z-axis range, I split it up and added some joiner rings.
After assembly, I rubber-banded a balloon to the tympanic end. It produces a loud sound something like a vuvuzela, but with a lot less effort.
