I designed a fin to use with my inflatable foil board so that my kids can use it as a regular stand up paddle, since the volume works fine for their size. The fin is pretty standard, its length is about 200 mm to fit in a standard 3d printer. It can be installed with 2 standard M6 screws separated by 90 mm into US foil boxes.
It is important to print it sideways and with enough infill, if it's built vertically, it might fail along the layer lines. I printed it with PETG with CF, but the quality and result was not great, I had trouble with that filament. I believe other filaments could work fine as well, it does feel relatively solid. I printed with supports as showed in the pictures.
