3D Scanning Markers - Foldable Pyramid DesignI've created a 3D model for foldable 3D scanning markers that can be printed flat and then easily folded into a pyramid shape. This model is designed with efficiency in mind, specifically for AMS. The model is printed in a single color for the majority of the structure, with only a couple of the initial layers dedicated to printing the white markers. This approach minimizes material usage and speeds up the printing process. After printing, the flat pieces can be folded along the designated lines and glued to form a sturdy pyramid shape, perfect for 3D scanning applications. Measuring in at ~13mm in each direction, the markers have been designed to be compact and easily portable, making them an excellent addition to any scanning toolkit. 5 markers can be printed in less than 30 minutes.
