Do you recognize the problem with foldable chairs that are difficult to move? I came up with a solution for the foldable chairs from the Action store (Europe) in the form of a simple lock. With this lock the chair won't fold while you try to move it.
It's best to use two of these locks for each chair. Each lock exists of two printable parts and a 4.5 x 50mm screw.
Just remove the upper screw from the bracket and place the lock with a longer screw.
The cylinder is printed separately so that the whole thing can turn more smoothly.
Printing:
3D Printer: Kossel XL
Software: KISSlicer v1.6.2
Material: PETG black
Layer thickness: 0,2 mm
Head: 0,4mm
Extrusion width: 0,35mm
Infill: 50%
Nozzle temp.: 230 degr. Celcius
Bed temp.: 80 degr. Celcius
I used 3DLAC adhasive spray to prevent warping
