Hi,
it is pleasure to finally introduce you to my new design. It is simple, yet effective and beautiful flat bed trolley for moving heavy stuff around. This design is highly modular. It depends on your decision of bed size, wheels, etc. Expected static max load is easy to count. Just sum up all 4 wheels maximum load capacity, which in my case is 60*4=240kg. Dynamic max load capacity is usually counted like this (wheel_max_load*3)-trolley_weight=total_max_loadcap.
**List of essentials:**
- Aluminum tube 25x25x1.5-2mm = 2m are sufficient for bed size 40-60cm wide.
- Heavy duty wheels ranging from 50 to X kg maximum load capacity => depends on your needs
- Screws => lot of them, I will try to get back with entire list of screws but best will be to just take printed parts to your trusted hobby market and purchase what fits best.
- Nuts => same as with screws
- Wooden or other kind of board => this design is made for 18mm thick board. In case you get thicker board just let me kno
