FOLDABLE JEWELRY BOX

***UPDATE**

Printing: You can scale the piece up to 2x w/o any printing difficulty if you have a large print volume printer. (i use a Robo3D R1). The top of the box is a bit tricky to have print correctly without causing damage to it when it is removed from the print bed. The best way to print the top is top side up on a raft with support. I printed the example on with these settings: Filament (Low) 0.3MM w/ 20% infill at 1.5 times regular speed.

Redesigning the box to include a necklace tree, integrated attachment arms, and shortening of the attachment arm points by 0.2MM to clean up the "jiggle".


this is a modified version of the fold-able toolbox by 3dfactorytlv. I converted it to a jewelry box for my wife. I re-arranged the box linkage to easily print, and added a floral embedded lace design. I also scaled it up by 1.5x. If you like then print it!
