# So here's my project..
Well.. i sketched it together just because i always was interested in those kit cards.
Okay.. so... what do we have here?
This is a working calimba, packed into a flat kit card.
The tune is calculated for all eight tines to build a major scale but i doubt that you'd be in tune with a piano ;)
The corpus is rectangular because of another feature I built in- it's foldable.
It also uses notches, grooves, tongues.. so no glue needed!
# What's to do here?
- print it!
- Cut the parts out (should be pretty easy)
- bend the four sides of the corpus upward (along the notches)
- press the bottom part on (the tongues fit into the grooves, it's a little fiddly)
- and finally press the tines into the two holes of the box to make it complete
- have fun.
It works best if you have it standing on a table or wooden box to amplify the music.
