Designed from scratch to be robust, pocket sized, and fun to flip. Teeth optimized for clean prints. Has built in stops to prevent over-travel of the comb when opening and closing (also strengthening the frame considerably).Included 2 versions of the pivot:One uses a 3D printed “chicago” style pivot if you don't have the hardware. Use a U.S. “Penny” (1¢) as a screwdriver. Weaker than the M3 version above and has small threads to print (the smaller the layer height the better.)Uses a M3x10 screw and a M3 nut. Much stronger than the printed pivot and recommended.Other information:-No supports. Print in supplied orientation at 0.2mm layer height or smaller.-Print a 4-5 Perimeters with 100% infill for best results.-There are a couple bridges on the M3 pivots holes that aid in printing without supports. Use the M3 screw or associated Allen key to punch through the holes.
