Ford Capri Cup Holder Insert

A cup holder insert for the Ford Capri convertible. It suits drinks up to 70mm in diameter (roughly the size of a coke can).

I printed this in PETG on my Bambu A1 and it fits securely in my 1990 SA. I do not know if all Capris use the same cup holder, so this may not fit in yours.

Cup holder insert - one piece.stl is the whole design in single part. I recommend using tree supports when printing this file.

Cup holder insert - bottom.stl and Cup holder insert - top.stl are designed to be screwed together using 6x M3x20mm cap head screws. This is for easier printing.

Cup holder insert - top embedded nuts.stl allows for 6x M3 nuts to be embedded in the print. To do this you must pause your printer part-way through the print and place the nuts in their holes.

I've found parts printed in PLA tend to warp in my car. I'm now using PETG for my car prints and haven't had any warping issues. yet....
