Simple solutions to keep your bikes organized and looking sweet while we service your fork! Slides in from the top as your fork slides out, all in one smooth motion. Compatible with nearly every 1 1/8" steerer fork/frame out there. The nut of the threaded version is conical for compatibility with straight headtubes/headsets, and wide enough to work on tapered frames even without the bottom bearing! Pretty straightforward but here's the instructions anyway! -Remove wheel and any brake/remote attached to the fork.-Remove your fork top cap and any spacers above the stem.-Loosen ONLY ONE headset bolt (the one harder to access is recommended).-Level your bike/stand so your fork is vertical.-Place your dummy tool on top of the steerer.-Hold the fork from the bottom of the crown (And keep holding it!).-Loosen the remaining stem bolt and push down on the dummy! (Don't let go of the fork!)-Install bottom nut (threaded variant only!). To reinstall, follow the instructions in reverse:
