Even with a mudguard on, mud and dirt seem to always find their way up my steerer tube. Well no more I say. I took to the Googles and I found something that was called a Fork Cork but they want $25-$35...okay yes its A LOT nicer but if I lose it I'm out $25-$35 and I can buy 2 Inland Pla Full spools for $35 and make a ton of these. So printing this makes total sense if you lose it your only out about $1.00 in filament if that and about 40 mins of print time. Hope this helps you like it helped me.
