I want to share an innovative solution I developed for forklift sleeves, inspired by the frequent challenges and costs associated with traditional options. As many of you may know, conventional forklift sleeves can be quite expensive, and the process of unbolting and sliding them on and off when handling different types of materials can be both time-consuming and frustrating.Recognizing this issue, I sought to create a more efficient alternative—soft, gripping sleeves designed to protect delicate parts while allowing for a quick and easy switch without the need for screws or hardware. After considerable trial and error, I am pleased to announce that I have perfected the design.These forklift sleeves are made from high-quality TPU 95, complemented by a PETG sleeve tip for added durability. The strategically placed notches on the sides are designed to accommodate magnets (I will provide a link to the specific magnets used), ensuring a secure fit during operation.
