So, I wanted to reduce the fan noise, however only found a few options. So I decided to rebuild the nozzle. My Original Design included an LED, however After 2 years of using it. I found that the LED didn't really enhance the bed lighting like i would expect. So I simply removed that part and went with a regulator to step down the voltage.
Enhancements:
This is a Modification of the original nozzle design that converts your Current setup to accept a External fan and redirects the internal airflow accordingly.
When printed there are quite a few built in Knockout components to ease printing. Review the photos as to what I'm talking about.
Also included a template for drilling out the holes for the fan.
I would suggest using a voltage regulator for stepping down the 24v to 12v and adjust your cooling to range between 125-255 value settings.
