forms for soft cheese

...... here are a number of forms, for the production of soft cheese. please note - the soft cheeses are produced in an industrial process - normal are the silicone molds and are pressed. We do this in such a way that we fill raw-cheese-breakage into the molds- then put on a punch and turn the whole form upside down! So we do not need any slits to allow the whey to drain - but press it upside down in several steps - each with a little more pressure. so you can make the cheese immediately - instead of storing them, later to process. the long form, strandform- is something like that: just we press there the cheese - and fill it as parts - to "cream blanc" processed from. step, igs, stl
