My previous bike I nicked my fork coating. This time I wanted something to protect the fork while in travel bag.

I used felt tape on the inside as a soft layer between the fork and protector.

Feb 2025: Added an alternate version. This two piece design was my first version and the most protective. It uses Velcro cable ties to attach.
