Fox fork remote lockout dirtcap

This is a dirtcap to mount over the lockout actuator of a Fox FIT4 remote actuator. It prevents dirt/water from getting in the actuator, which will cause friction and will damage the bearing. The dirtcap will keep the actuator running smoothly even when riding frequently in muddy/wet conditions.

Optional: add a 30x2 O-Ring below dirtcap to fully seal
