Framework Expansion Card Holder

I made a variation of TheOrginalRis' expansion card holder that can hold one larger sized card like the Ethernet adapter. The lid is a bit looser on this model, but I like it better than the original.

Some people had also asked for a version of the original with the lid and tray as separate models. I've added those in as well, to help people out.
