Frankenstein BLTouch / 3D Touch Holder - Flat remake

I had problems printing the original, it turned out that was mainly because of printing filimant that was past it's expiration date.

Be that as it may, I designed this version to be more easily and quicker printable as it is printed flat on the printbed and thus saves the vetical travels and the support needed in the original (probably a bit more durable to because of the horizontal printing lines)

I've included a slightly rounded version and a square one, the mounting stays the same.
