Freelander 2 Boot / Trunk Light / Lamp

I fitted this to my MY2014 Freelander 2 (note that pre-2013 models have different luggage lamp circuit that is negative controlled where as the later model is positive controlled)

I fitted a switch to give the usual on with doors, off, or permantly on.

I've included a lamp blank plate just in case you are happy just to remove the original bulb and wire the LEDs directly to the original wires. Remember LEDs have polarity, if you get the positive and negative the wrong way round the LEDs will not light - no damage should occur in this situation.

For the LED mount I used white Flex / TPU, only to make fitting a little easier, I suspect a hard fiiment would work but removal of the boot door seal maybe required.

For the switch part I used Black ABS
