Hi Folks,
if you use a Libre system you will know the issues within the sensor, when put on a T-shirt for example. I yanked up many sensors this way, and for this I designed this protective shield.
At this time its the first part of a complete system, my idea is to draw a cutter for tape so you can cut out a perfect tape for this shield, to get it taped on skin. I will update this thing when parts are ready.
this is version 1 of the shield I will improve the design in future. This Thing works an fitted perfectly to the sensor, if it to big or to small please scale it up or down within 1-3 percent or more, it depends on you printer.
I recommend to print it in a 0.1 resolution, so you don't need to do a finishing. to improve it you can sand the inner circle so it fits smoothly to the sensor.
Hints:
you do not need a tape to get it hold, it holds through the sensor. if you want ... cut out a tape so it stucked on skin. or place a double-sided adhesive tape in the inner cir
