French Cleat Bin System

A hanging organisational system for small bins of tools such as pens, pencils, crayons etc. I built this for my daughter's Ikea play table to store her drawing materials, but it's suitable for a wide array of uses. Bins hang from a french cleat rail, which is 20mm high on the inside and 28mm high on the outside. The standard rail is 250mm long, and a bowtie connector is provided for attaching multiple segments together into one continuous rail. Bins in several sizes are provided in the model; there's also a customizer for generating bins to suit your own needs. The minimum depth of a standard bin is approximately 52mm due to the rail clip. Note: If you are using the configurator, you will need to set several support-related parameters yourself before printing - see below. The clip profile for the bin is designed with a retaining lip at the bottom so that bins cannot be accidentally knocked off or caused to fall by excessive weight; bins have to be tilted backwards a little
