French Cleat Mounts

Needed to hang a large 2x4 foot canvas painting and like using french cleats so I designed one up and printed some. I used white PLA and its plenty strong enough for my canvas painting, but if you are going to use this for something heavy, might go for PLA+ or ABS for added strength.

Included a step file of the design for customization. Note that I made the part with the ridges thicker in the design because when it prints, the points are rounded off and makes that section thinner than designed.

Print in sets, one on item to hang, other on the wall.
