Fretsaw

A fretsaw from my tool box, for the use with different lengths of saw blades, for fine woodworks. For your information: The model is very close to the original product. All components are available and detailed modeled. A small supplement, respective modification is the wooden ball, at the end of the saw bow, to protect your hand from small injuries. All Threads (M5) are really modeled (nominal values), but without head and flank clearance. The saw frame (bended flat steel) is modeled in manufactured state. The tension of the saw blade can be reached by turning the winged nut, for bending the saw bow (2 angular degrees). The part for fastening the wooden handle is classic made of cast zink alloy with grained finish (hammer blow paintwork). The overall length of the saw blade is 130 mm, the thickness is 0,5 mm. The model is available in following formats: STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and native files (.prt) and (.asm), in a "zipped" folder", for all users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
