I used these to test out friction filing...
Use a Dremel with a 3/32 collet at appox. 10K RPM with about an inch of filament max sticking out. I found the trick was to have about the void be 1mm deep like the second one other wise you waste to much material filling. Also don't stick in one spot.. rub back and forth and it flows much nicer.
