front carrier block bracket (brompton model)

hi this is a remix of a brompton front carrier block cover, into a mounting bracket.

changes :
- add wider mounting bolt to provide stability and strength
- create the corresponding plate for the inside of the whatever stuff you mount into.
- make the width of the side a bit narrow, as the original model on my (replica) frontblock is rocking side to side.

print the bracket standing up right, and the plate flat with the bed

you can use this for a basket/bag/mini luggage/etc.. use a 5mm nut&bolt to install.
