Front panel mount for TM1637 4-digit 7-segment display module

A front panel mount for a TM1637 module with 4 digits. I included some other designs for a project I built: [High power versatile MQTT relay](https://www.onetransistor.eu/2022/04/high-power-versatile-mqtt-switch.html).

The other designs are:
- 5 mm LED panel mount
- 27 mm diameter ventilation caps
- a base mounting frame which is fitted in a plastic wiring box

The TM1637 mount requires a 4 mm thick transparent acrylic piece of 45 by 23 mm. It fits in a panel cutout of 48.5 by 29.5 mm.
