Front reflector mount for Brompton

Bicycle light reflectors are mandatory for low light conditions, anytime in certain regions. In any case it is a good idea to increase your visibility in traffic.

For Brompton bicycles, it can be tricky to get your front reflector in place, since the front light is not equipped with reflectors, and space is scare on the handlebar. If you have a phone mount, for instance, it may not be possible to install the reflector provided with the bike.

This is why this reflector mount will fit onto the conical part of the head tube, just below the handlebar (and above the front bag if you have one). This is the perfect location as it will also fit perfectly close to the work when the bike is folded.

You will need two zip-ties to attach the mount, and possibly a small patch cut out of an old inner tube to prevent it from turning. Of course you will also need your reflector and an M5 screw/nut.
