FS CAT6 Punchdown/Keystone Jack Block

This block prevents your punchdown tool from slipping off of the keystone jack and jabbing into your hand. It allows a much larger surface area to grip than the jack itself, and holds the jack firmly to prevent the jack rolling in the block. The rounded corners prevent any sharp edges from digging into your hand. It fits nicely in a pocket, only being 2.25"x1.25"x0.925". It features a dedicated slot for the tab so that the keystone jack is held in the same direction each time. The included .stp file allows you to modify the interface or grip portion as you need. The model was originally designed in Solid Edge 2022. This tool was designed specifically for CAT6 unshielded vertical punch down keystone jack modules purchased from FS.com. The part number I used to design this is C6M-U. This model is easy to print in any filament of your choosing, PLA seems to hold up just fine.
