The original FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) field has metal corners. Although it's rounded, but it doesn't feel good if accidentally kick on it.

The 3D model has two parts to cover the top and bottom corner, covering the metal edges with rounded plastic.
The top protector needs two M4 heat set insert. Such as

The bottom protector just snaps into the position.
If you need to disassemble the field, the protectors need to be taken off first.
This design is a reversed engineering work based on the field kit we have. There might be other field kit version that we haven't verified yet. If it doesn't fit your field, please share your field version, and maker.
