Since I have a Wanhao Duplicator 6 with a 200mm cubed volume which meant I couldnt print the block directly (The 8 inch dimension is just over 208mm). So I tossed the model into Tinkercad and cut up the files.
The trimmed will fit on the print bed and let you print with only one dimension cut. I put warning text on the top that should print in easily. The other two are a half and half with an orientation point in them to let you glue it back together. I will be printing the AB halves next after the trimmed block so they are untested. The Triangle should fit directly together but if need be I can shrink that down a bit in case the fit is too tight.
I am printing in PLA with Cura's TriCubic infil at low percentages. Not sure how the top will turn out.
