Fuel Filter Tool - Volvo

Diesel Fuel Filter Removal tool for XC90.

I improved the original design of this Volvo diesel filter tool. I never really understood the ratchet design, since the movement feels awkward. I added a handle so it can be used without tools, and a small protrusion on the opposite side to help grip it with the other hand. If the filter is too tight, a tool might still be necessary, so I kept the 3/8" drive slot and also added a 1/2" one.
