Full-Size Coat Hanger

A full-size, 3D-printable coat hanger! I recently ran out of coat hangers in my closet, and rather than spending money to go buy more, I decided to design and print my own. Because standard full-size coat hangers are too large to fit on a Bambu Lab build plate, I split the hanger into two pieces and added a unique close-fitting dovetail connection with detents to lock the two halves together securely. No glue is required for assembly, simply slide the two dovetails together and press them together firmly to snap them in place. The detents ensure that the two pieces will not come apart once assembled. I tuned the dovetail dimensions to fit very snugly, so make sure your flow dynamics are tuned carefully. I printed in Bambu Lab PLA Basic with 4 walls, and the result is very sturdy. PETG would also be an excellent choice for more toughness, however PLA works very well.
