This panel mounts to any surface with 2 screws and allows to secure anything with zip ties or screws so that you don't have to drill other holes. The cross-stiffeners are optional and can be turned off. The attached STL is for standard zip ties (6mm holes), although feel free to customize the OpenSCAD model as you wish.
