### Context
As a DCS/MSFS player, I have different airplanes and I needed to remember configured buttons for each plane at least on the throttle.
I don't have found what I've looking for on 3D community websites/forum : a simple way to create a new overlay plate fully customizable for my Warthog throttle.
This is what I've done with a Freecad file available in attached files.
### Procedure to generate your 3D file
Here the procedure to create your own overlay :
* Download Freecad (minimum 1.0.0)
* Download the font "Coolvetica Rg.otf" and the Freecad file "hotas_layout.FCStd" (in attached files of this page) -> IMPORTANT : place both files in the same folder
* Open the "hotas_layout.FCStd"
* Create a macro to replace the font location of the freecad file with the location of your current folder
* Macro / Macros ... / User macros / Create / Name : "text3d_macro" and place this content :
import FreeCAD, os
doc = FreeCAD.ActiveDocument
base_path = os.path.dirname(FreeCA
