Fully printable Quad Lock adapter

This is a remix of [this project from printables](https://www.printables.com/model/135191-fully-printable-quad-lock-adapter). I drove many thousands of kilometres with it both by bike and motorcycle but unfortunately it did not survive the heatwave in southern Italy - the base became soft and the nut melted through it. So I improved it upon my return. The key changes are thicker base and housing plus improved tolerances between the housing, the mount and the base to prevent vibration-related wear. I also used different material to print so here are my suggestions:

##### Base
* Layer Height: 0.35 mm or lower
* Infill: 30%
* Material: Use something robust like nylon to make sure the not does not get loose because of heat or vibration
* Supports: not required

##### Housing and Mount
* Layer Height: 0.35 mm or lower
* Infill: 30%
* Material: PLA would work
* Supports: not required

* Layer Height: go as low as you can due to the size of the gap fo
