This is a circulating fume extractor intended to be used inside a printer enclosure for hobby 3D printing and laser engraving. Instead of connecting to an external air source and sending fumes away, it just recirculates the air inside a printer enclosure so the environmental temps aren't affected by air flow.
I designed it around a standard 120mm computer fan and a low cost replacement carbon HEPA filter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P4XZXX7).
The fan I had on hand was 38mm deep and 120mm x 120mm. If your fan is a different depth it is pretty easy to scale the filter spacer (depth only) in tinkercad to make sure the box clamps are snug.
I use this enclosure for my Anycubic Mega S Pro which has a laser engraver: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B093H1J46W
This "thing" is just a box to assemble the fan, and filter with space for the power cord.
NOTE: You need to print 4 of the box clamps. You print 1 of the other files.
I use a relay to turn it o
