This is my third attempt, and first fully printable, to make a light saber. You can get all the electronics parts you need at jqsabers.com (http://www.jqsabers.com/electronics/) (including the led, the switch, the led holder, the battery and the chipboard.) You can also purchase a blade if you live in the UK (it is not my case, I bought it elsewhere). To get it work, I spent 100€ max. There is enough place in the handle to carry everything, even the battery. You can also add an small M4 screw to keep the handle and blade in place. I glued the emitter to the main body to get it fixed, but it is not necessary. Please note that I designed the inner core to maintain a RGB led purchased on jq Sabers. It might not work with other, but feel free to send me the dimensions of your components, I'll do my best to make it work.
